- Container Capacity: The bin should not be filled higher than the container walls.
- Liability: The rental company is not responsible for damage to lawns, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, or other loading surfaces, though precautions will be taken.
- Rental Charges: Additional charges may apply if the rental period is exceeded, and extended rental times may not always be available.
- Waste Restrictions:
- Only non-hazardous waste is allowed.
- Hazardous or liquid waste will be returned at your cost.
- Clean fill materials (e.g., dirt, concrete, asphalt) must not be mixed, except for gravel and concrete together.
- Garbage, wood, brush, branches, or roots are not allowed in clean fill loads and will be returned or disposed of at your cost.
- Asphalt cannot be mixed with dirt, concrete, or garbage.
- Street Occupation: Bins placed on public streets require a street occupation permit from the customer.
- Fuel Surcharge: A 10% fuel surcharge will be added to each invoice.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds for any difference between the deposit and invoice amount will be processed during invoicing.
- Cancelled bin deposits are refunded minus a 3% processing fee.
- Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in the customer’s account.
